COMBAT THE HIGH COST OF NOT FINDING INFORMATION.
Retain your corporate history at the ready.

Broadgun Software Pty. Ltd. has released version 2 of Museum Email Archive A Windows 98/NT/2000/XP/2003 program that archives and full text indexes emails and documents, and provides a powerful web based search interface.

Finding information just got easier.
Museum Email Archive's web based active search interface updates results as you type. The result you are looking for may be visible before you even finish typing in your search terms. Museum Email Archive indexes the text in all parts of emails, PDF, text, html, and MS Office documents. Museum Email Archive makes finding related information a snap. Search results include clickable links to find conversations between the parties involved, and also to find emails with related subjects. Museum Email Archive makes drilling down dates as easy as it should be. You can quickly select built in time periods like this month, last month etc. Of great benefit when filtering by date, is the innovative year, month and day selectors which only show dates known to contain matching search results.

Museum Email Archive frees up email servers to operate more efficiently.
Overloaded email systems inevitably go down, operate slowly, and require extra administration. With Museum Email Archive, surplus information is relocated, thereby allowing the mission critical email systems to run optimally. Also, with Museum Email Archive, emails are automatically archived, so they are not lost when mailbox quotas are enforced.

Museum Email Archive transparently archives and indexes.
On the server side, Museum Email Archive monitors POP3 or IMAP4 email addresses and automatically archives emails. It can leave the emails on the server, or remove them. Also on the server side, Museum Email Archive works with Microsoft Exchange journaling to automate archiving. Optionally, Museum Email Archive also supports archiving emails or documents from the end-user client PC. Client side archiving can be automated on Outlook folders or Windows directories, and can be done manually using right click integration. Delayed client side archiving is also supported, giving users time to delete the junk email and move the personal emails, resulting in a high quality relevant archive.

Museum Email Archive reduces cost and risk of corporate compliance.
Corporate regulations are driving requirements for history retention and retrieval (Sarbanes-Oxley, SEC, NYSE, NASD, HIPAA and others). Museum Email Archive consolidates your history, and provides a powerful way to retrieve related information and respond to legal discovery requests.

Museum Email Archive starts at $195.
